Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement under the following conditions:
* Damaged Book: If your book arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date. You will have to provide photos of the damage, to process your request.
* Incorrect Book: If you receive a book that is different from the one you ordered, let us know within 30 days of the delivery date.
* Missing Items: If your order is missing a book or other product you were charged for, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your package.

Non-Refundable Items
Please note that we cannot offer refunds or replacements for:
* Digital Products: This includes e-books, audiobooks and other downloadable content. All sales for these items are final.
* Sale Items: All books purchased are considered final sales.

How to Initiate a Replacement
To request a replacement, please follow these steps:

2.  Provide your order number and a clear description of the issue.
3.  For damaged or incorrect items, you must provide photographs of the item and its packaging.
Once we have reviewed your request, we will notify you of the status.

If approved, we will send a replacement to your provided address.

Important Information
* You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. damaged or incorrect item).
* Replacements may take up to 10 business days to process.
